This 11,000 m² Finca is located at an elevation of 580 meters in a quiet location on the edge of Chio (Guia de Isora).
The luxurious, privately owned Finca under Germen management boasts a villa, six holiday homes, two apartments and two suites. The units are equipped with fixed or mobile heating units, as it can get chilly at night during the winter months. The property has a solar heated indoor pool with an integrated whirlpool, a Kneipp basin, massage shower and an outdoor pool. The wellness area offers a sauna, a water bed, massage loungers and a massage tub and is available to you when you book a treatment. Next to the indoor pool is a covered area where you can practice yoga. Additionally, you can enjoy a tennis court, an outdoor chess board, a putting green, table tennis, a pool table and kid's toys. The large Bedouin tent is a beautiful place for our guests to meet and mingle. We offer breakfast for groups here (minimum of eight people). In front of the tent is a barbecue and seating accommodation.
The Finca Montimar is an ideal base for hiking trips, yet it is only a few minutes' drive to the beaches in Playa San Juan and Playa de la Arena in Puerto Santiago. Its location is away from the hordes of tourists that invade the island in Chío, near Guía de Isora. You can find peace and quiet here. It is a great place to recharge your batteries. It is just a few minutes' walk into town with a restaurant and a bar.

The 34 m² holiday apartment Colibri boasts an open living room with a large sofa bed and a kitchen unit with a bar, where you can enjoy your meals. The modern kitchen unit is furnished with a 4 burner ceran stove, an oven, a refrigerator, a coffee maker, a toaster, a juicer and a kettle. The bedroom is furnished with a double bed (2 x 0.80 m x 1.90 m) and a wardrobe. The bathroom has a shower, a toilet, a bidet, a towel warming rack, a mirror, a hair dryer and a sink. The 26 m², south facing patio, accessible from the living room, is furnished with a table and four chairs and two sun loungers. The flat has Wi-Fi, satellite television, radio and central heating. Towels, bath robes and bedding are supplied. The community laundry room offers a washing machine, an ironing board and an iron. Colibri is one of four holiday flats surrounding a garden with a community pool and an outdoor shower. There is also a barbecue.
