This charming villa is nested in a quiet part of the city of Vodice, just 1 km from the beach, cafes and restaurants.
In the outdoor area, you will find a dining area, barbecue, private parking and of course a heated private pool where you will find refreshment in the hot summer days.

Small squares and numerous cultural and historical monuments give Šibenik an archaic and romantic Mediterranean atmosphere. This is a great location for exploring the breath-taking beauty of the Krka National Park with the most famous waterfall Skradinski buk, being less than 10km away and accessible by boat from Skradin during the summer months.
