Dieses im Jahr 2016 neu gebaute Haus bietet zwei moderne Ferienwohnungen. Es befindet sich in einem ruhigen Teil von Bibinje und liegt nur 200 Meter vom Meer und von der Marina Dalmacija entfernt. Beide Wohnungen liegen im Erdgeschoss des Hauses.
Beide Apartments sind top eingerichtet. Zur Standardausstattung gehören unter anderem ein Fernseher (90 Kanäle), eine Klimaanlage und ein Internetanschluss, die gebührenfrei genutzt werden können.
Jede Wohnung hat eine eigene möblierte Terrasse. Der Garten wird gemeinschaftlich genutzt und Parkplätze sind ebenfalls vorhanden.
Bis zum nächsten Lebensmittelgeschäft sind es nur 100 Meter und die Entfernung zum Strand beträgt auch nur 200 Meter. Nach Zadar fährt man zehn Minuten. Diese historische Stadt bietet eine perfekte Kombination aus Sightseeing und Kultur, Strand und Freizeit. Versäumen Sie nicht einen Spaziergang durch die Altstadt, die sich auf einer Halbinsel, getrennt von der Neustadt befindet. Auch die Nationalparks können Sie besuchen. Newly built apartments in Bibinje (two 40m2 each and one 130 m²), completed in 2016, we are waiting for our first guests. The apartments are in a quiet part of Bibinje, 200 meters from the sea and 200 meters from the marina Dalmacija. The apartments are located near the school, the first shop is only ca 100 m and the city of Zadar is a 10 minute drive.
There is a terrace, a large garden and lawn.
This holiday apartment is on the first floor and features a living space of 130 m2: with three bedrooms, two bathrooms, a private 15m² terrace, Kitchen of 10 meters, netflix and sat tv, 164 cm TV.
Close to the national parks of Krka and Kornati as well as the towns of Zadar, Šibenik, Biograd
