The Finca Los Palmitos is a private property away from external noise, protected by a 3 meter high wall that surrounds the entire property and private security.

It is also a few kilometers from the beautiful town of Arucas, where you can find the amazing Arucas Cathedral, numerous restaurants, pubs and shops, 15 minutes from the main city center (Las Palmas de Gran Canaria) and 20 minutes from Agaete and Puerto de las Nieves with many restaurants, beach and leisure areas. In the surroundings there are important archaeological sites such as The painted caves of Gáldar (Caves in Galdar) and gardens that can be visited.

The pool area consists of a Finnish sauna, a chill out area and a terrace with a large outdoor table and chairs under a pergola. The villa also has a large tennis-football court and a barbecue area with wood oven, dining porch, bathroom-toilet and large parking areas.
