These two holiday apartments are in a quiet residential area in the town of Novi Vinodolski on the sunny Croatian Adriatic coast in the Kvarner Bay region, providing a convenient starting point for experiencing the long beaches along the coast and Croatian hospitality.

The house from the year 1998 comprises three apartments on three floors. The two holiday apartments occupy the first and second floors, while the owner uses the ground-floor apartment. The apartments each have their own separate entrance, ensuring privacy during your stay. They were completely renovated in 2008 and modernised for a comfortable stay, including air conditioning (cooling and heating) in all the rooms.

The shared outdoor area provides a lushly planted, enclosed garden, with a traditional stone grill inviting you to spend long evenings outdoors under a starry sky. If you do not wish to holiday without your pet then it is also welcome here.

The holiday apartments are only about 100 metres from the beach with crystal clear water, where you can also find the nearest cafés and restaurants. The nearest shopping facilities are only about 30 metres away. It is about 800 metres to the centre of Novi Vinodolski with its historical sights, colourful markets and good range of gastronomy.

This 67m² apartment occupies the second floor of the residential house and consists of a living and dining room with an integrated, fully-equipped kitchen, two bedrooms and a bathroom. The air-conditioned (cool/warm) living room has a comfortable sofa, a digital flatscreen TV with satellite channels and a USB port, a safe for your valuables and a wooden dining table with four matching chairs. Right next to it there is a kitchen with a four-zone electric stove, an oven, a fridge with freezer compartment, microwave, toaster, kettle and coffee machine. The two bedrooms provide a double bed (180 x 210cm) and two single beds (90 x 200cm), bedside tables with reading lamps, and cupboards with ample storage space for your clothing and luggage. The bathroom has a shower cubicle, a washbasin with a wall mirror, a hairdryer and a toilet. A washing machine and a dryer are available for use during your stay. Plenty of bed linen and towels are provided and you can use the reliable wireless Internet connection free of charge.

The owner on the lower floor is happy to assist with any queries.

The living room opens onto your private sunny balcony, furnished with a table and chairs, from which you can enjoy an extensive panoramic sea view over Kvarner Bay. If you arrive by car then you can use a secure parking space on the enclosed site right in front of the house.

    “Das Quartier ist wirklich absolut zu empfehlen und ein idealer Platz um zu relaxen.
    Die Lage - Nähe zum Meer und der Ausblick von den Zimmern und der Terrasse sind echt wunderbar. Positiv: Die Vermieter Hr. und Frau Ribaric sind nicht nur höflich sondern wirklich sehr, sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Außerdem sprechen beide perfekt Englisch und man kann sich mit ihnen nicht nur über das Quartier sondern über viele Dinge des Lebens toll unterhalten.
    Der Ausblick von der Terrasse auf das Meer und die Insel Krk sind einfach wunderbar.
    An den letzten beiden Tagen konnten wir sogar von der Terrasse aus Delphine beobachten.
    Die Wohnung ist stilvoll und praktisch eingerichtet.
    Es war einfach herrlich dort zu entspannen. Restaurant: Name ? - Pizzeria am Ende des Strandes - Sehr höflich und gutes Essen Ausflüge: Insel Krk - Stadt Krk, aber vorallem der Süden der Insel”

    “Sehr gute Ausstattung, es ist alles vorhanden, was man braucht und Wohnung ist sehr sauber. Außerdem wöchentlicher Wechsel der Bettwäsche und alle drei Tage neue Handtücher - super Service für eine Ferienwohnung. Die Vermieter wohnen im Haus und sind sehr hilfsbereit.
    Zur nächsten Einkaufsmöglichkeit sind es nur ca. 50 m, das Meer und die Strandpromenade sind in 100m erreichbar. An der Promenade gibt es mehrere Restaurants und Bademöglichkeiten.”
