The guesthouse is in Tignale, a characteristic Garda municipality. It is between Gargnano and Limone sul Garda, on the west side of the lake. This location provides the best setting for a quiet holiday or sports activities. The guesthouse itself has ten freshly renovated guest rooms, all with their own bathroom, as well as five tastefully decorate apartments (one-room or two-room), which will make your stay by the lake a special experience.
In front of the house there is an idyllic garden. It is planted with citrus trees, bougainvillea, oleander and magnolia and furnished with deckchairs and parasols, providing a wonderful place for relaxing. There is also storage space for your surf board or bicycle. A parking space and free wireless Internet access are of course included.
The accommodation is nestled into nature and will charm you with their proximity to the lake. To the rear, a cliff wall rises up with a beautiful waterfall. The elevated location provides a wonderful view into the distance over the lake towards Monte Baldo. Next to the house there is the only lemon grove still in operation in the area, which has also been a museum for a number of years. Owing to the good local wind conditions, those who enjoy surfing, kitesurfing and sailing are guaranteed fun all day long. Those who prefer mountains can set out on extended hikes or mountain bike tours directly from the guesthouse. Those who are more daring can go canyoning or climbing.

This holiday accommodation used to be the apartment belonging to the lemon grove gardener. It has been fully renovated and now provides 35m² of living space. The access is just a few metres from a pathway, via short and steep stairs.
The apartment is quietly located and cool. Its special feature is its proximity to the beach. As guests, you have access to your own section of south-facing garden in the terraced former lemon grove, where you can enjoy the sun in absolute peace and quiet, on the provided deckchairs.
The little apartment comprises a dining room with a cooking niche, a dining area and a sofa bed for one person. The bedroom with a double bed faces the lake and provides a wonderful view of the lake and the promenade through the large windows, framed by bougainvillea. There is also a large bathroom.
