Snowater Condo #50: Your family will have a very enjoyable experience while staying in this recently refreshed 2-story, 2-bedroom, 2-bath townhouse style condominium. The main floor features one bedroom with 1-queen sized bed, 1 sub-divided full bath, a fully equipped galley style kitchen with a brand spanking new range/oven, a dishwasher, tile flooring all flanked by a generous living/dining area with a breakfast bar, a Lopi wood fireplace insert, (firewood not provided) a flat screen monitor, and a walkout balcony offering fantastic views where you can enjoy peace and serenity while taking in the majestic scenery that the Mt. Baker area has to offer! Ascending the staircase to the top floor reveals a loft bedroom with 1-full sized bed, privacy panels, and plenty of closet space, along with a laundry cubby with a stack washer and dryer, and another sub-divided full bath (that’s two full baths!). This monitored family vacation property will sleep up to 4-persons (ENFORCED Maximum Occupancy).

Snowater is positioned on 20 acres of magnificent forest on the banks of the Nooksack River which runs on three sides of the property. At an elevation of 1000 feet, Snowater is accessible year-round. Amenities include two full recreational buildings with two heated swimming pools, hot tubs, a sauna, four tennis courts, basketball, squash/racquetball courts and an adult fitness center. There is a lounge area with free WIFI, a pool table, ping pong table and a separate toddler playroom. The grounds have BBQ/picnic areas as well as a children’s play structure and trails along the river. Snowater is located at the edge of the Mt. Baker Snoqualmie National Forest, close to the Mt. Baker Ski Area and spectacular old growth forests, an area rich in history and outdoor opportunities.

Bathroom
The following will be provided; 3 rolls of toilet tissue per bathroom, soap for every sink and shower as well as 1 set of towels per guest. Please bring any blankets or towels you plan on using outside.

Dishes, pots/pans, silverware/utensils are provided in addition 2 rolls of paper towels and dish soap and trash bags. Otherwise, self-service.
