This detached apartment building is very close to the beach, in quiet surroundings, on a road lined with acacia trees, but still close to the centre of Postira 300 metres away.
The two roofed terraces and the balcony have garden furniture. The apartment building is surrounded by a garden with a grill fireplace for shared use. There is parking space in front of the house.
The 18m² living room features a 1960s style with original furniture from that time (display cabinet, wardrobe, table with chairs, and a lovely pull-out red double sofa bed). The apartment is spacious and occupies the whole first floor of the house (90m²). It also has two bedrooms (12m² and 15m²), a bathroom (bath, two washbasins, bidet, WC, washing machine), a built-in kitchen (10m²). Bathroom towels are provided and Wi-Fi is available free of charge.
The centre with restaurants and supermarkets, as well as the nearest beach, are within a barely five-minute walk.
