The kitchen unit is equipped with an electric stove, a refrigerator and a kettle. The bathroom offers a shower, a sink and a toilet. A wooden staircase leads to the top floor. The two bedrooms are furnished with a double or two single beds and wardrobes. The living room houses the air conditioning unit (heating/cooling).
