Casa Irene is located a few kilometers from the historical centre of the hamlet of Perledo and from its hilly position it dominates the town of Varenna and the Lake Como.
The apartment is on the first floor of a quiet little house of two floors with independent entrance. The apartment is sunny all day and enjoys sweeping views of the lake and sorrounding mountains. The apartment can accommodate up to 6 people. It consists of a large lobby, a bright and spacious living room (with sofa bed), kitchen, large bedroom (with double bed and a bunk bed), bathroom with tub-shower and a terrace.

The landscape is enhanced by the presence of the Castle of Vezio that with its gray stone emerges from the bright green of the hill on which it stands and that suggests the ancient times of kings and queens. In any direction you can see mountain ranges covered with lush green in summer and with snow in winter that are the backdrop for romantic sunsets. Nature dominates the entire landscape. Perledo offers tourists, with small movements, many amenities (arts, sports, culture and gastronomy) that ensure a pleasant stay.
