The property is located in a stately condominium on the upper part of the Monte Nai hill. Thanks to the location, one can enjoy an unparalleled sea view that one can hardly find elsewhere. In fact, from the parking area one has to walk down a small flight of steps and then find oneself totally separated from the street level.
The villa has two floors. On the ground floor there is a very large living room, a kitchenette, a double bedroom, a bathroom with shower and washing machine.
