Bibione, Ortsteil Spiaggia. Die Ferienwohnung befindet sich in einer Residenz, auf einem geschlossenen Wassergrundstück mit Bäumen, von einem Zaun begrenzt. Die Ferienwohnung VEN BIB 130 (4 Personen) befindet sich in dem selben Haus. Die Zufahrt erfolgt über eine Nebenstraße (asphaltiert). Parkplatz (für 1 Pkw) auf dem Grundstück.
