Das 1988 erbaute und 2012 renovierte Ferienhaus ist eine Doppelhaushälfte und zweckmäßig eingerichtet. Das Grundstück befindet sich in einer Ferienanlage. Auch wegen der ruhigen und sonnigen Lage ist das Domizil beliebt. Zur Nutzung stehen zur Verfügung: Sonnenschirm, Sonnenliege und Kinderspielplatz.
